ABOUT THE CORNERSTONE 100
The Inaugural Cornerstone 100 Lake Erie Bicycle Tour is the signature ride for Monroe County Cornerstone 100, a nonprofit. The ride will take place on September 9th, 2023, starting and ending at Monroe County Community College.
Cyclist can register to ride a 100, 60, or 30-mile road route or a 65-mile gravel route, while taking in the sites and scenery of Monroe County. Stop and take a few pics, but don’t linger too long…the ride closes at 4:00 p.m.
The net proceeds will be used for causes such as: providing bicycles to underserved children, advocating bicycle and pedestrian safety, installing bicycle amenities throughout the County, and educating the public on bicycling not only for recreation but as a transportation modality.

The Cornerstone 100 Route will take you through the most communities in Monroe County. The 100, 30 and 60 mile road routes all include a rest stop at the City of Luna Pier, located directly on Lake Erie. This lakeside community will entice you to come back soon to enjoy the beautiful beach and catch a meal at local eateries.
